生科學(xué)院楊仲南團(tuán)隊(duì)揭示抗壞血酸介導(dǎo)的ROS內(nèi)穩(wěn)態(tài)調(diào)控絨氈層細(xì)胞特化的分子機(jī)制
近日,生命科學(xué)學(xué)院楊仲南團(tuán)隊(duì)樓悅老師在The Plant Cell雜志在線發(fā)表題為Ascorbic acid-mediated ROS homeostasis modulates the switch from tapetal cell division to cell differentiation in Arabidopsis的研究論文,揭示了抗壞血酸代謝途徑通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)ROS積累水平調(diào)控絨氈層細(xì)胞特化的分子機(jī)制。絨氈層(Tapetum)在開(kāi)花植物中普遍存在,其主要功能是合成、儲(chǔ)存、極性運(yùn)輸小孢子/花粉所需的營(yíng)養(yǎng)與原料物質(zhì)。然而,實(shí)現(xiàn)這些功能的前提條件是絨氈層進(jìn)行細(xì)胞特化,從而形成具有分泌性功能的細(xì)胞。課題組前期發(fā)現(xiàn)擬南芥MYB家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子TDF1對(duì)于絨氈層細(xì)胞特化起到重要的調(diào)控作用(Zhu et al., 2007, Plant Journal; Lou et al., 2018, New Phytolog...
