He received Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2021, Master's degree from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in France in 2003, and Doctoral degree from the University of Paris-Sud (Paris 11) in 2007.As the project leader, he has overseen numerous projects funded by the National Science Foundation of China and various scientific and technological projects at the provincial level of Guangdong and the municipal level of Shenzhen. He is the recipient of the “Shenzhen Science and Technology Award for Young Scientists” and the Expert Committee member of Shenzhen Semiconductor Industry Association. He has been granted 14 Chinese invention patents. The 40-picosecond-resolution TDC chip and the 5.8 GHz radio frequency ETC chip developed by him/her have already been applied in industrial applications.

The postgraduate students under his supervision won the second prize in the 3rd China Postgraduate IC Innovation Contest in 2020 and the Bronze Award for Outstanding Postgraduate Thesis at the 18th Asia-Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems in 2022 respectively.

Research Interests: CMOS mixed-signal chips, single-photon processing, and dTOF signal processing.

2001中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)獲電子工程學(xué)士學(xué)位,2003年于法國(guó)國(guó)家應(yīng)用科學(xué)學(xué)院獲碩士學(xué)位,2007年于法國(guó)巴黎第十一大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位。作為負(fù)責(zé)人,主持了多項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和廣東省、深圳市等各級(jí)科技項(xiàng)目。 深圳市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)青年科技獎(jiǎng)獲得者,深圳市半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)委員。獲得中國(guó)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利14項(xiàng),研發(fā)的40皮秒分辨率TDC芯片和5.8 GHz射頻ETC芯片已成功獲得工業(yè)應(yīng)用。

指導(dǎo)的研究生分別獲得2020第三屆中國(guó)研究生創(chuàng)“芯”大賽二等獎(jiǎng)和202218屆亞太區(qū)電路與系統(tǒng)會(huì)議研究生優(yōu)秀論文銅獎(jiǎng)。

研究方向:CMOS混合信號(hào)芯片、單光子信號(hào)處理,dTOF信號(hào)處理。
