Dr. Liping FANG received his PhD degree from the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Southampton, UK, and his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in information engineering and physical electronics from the Schools of Optics and Photonics at the Beijing Institute of Technology, respectively. His main research interests include semiconductor optoelectronics and micro-nano photonics, focusing on photoelectric detection, optical properties of materials, optical microstructures, and laser spectroscopy. He has published 12 papers as the first or corresponding author in journals such as Optics Letters, Optics Express, and Journal of Applied Physics, and co-authored more than 20 papers. He presides over one National Natural Science Youth Fund, one Special Innovation Project of the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, several key GF projects and external cooperative projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and participate in several key research projects funded by the Guangdong Province and the Shenzhen City.
方立平博士于英國(guó)南安普頓大學(xué)工程與物理科學(xué)學(xué)院獲得博士學(xué)位,本科和碩士畢業(yè)于北京理工大學(xué)光電學(xué)院,分別獲得了信息工程和物理電子學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位。主要從事半導(dǎo)體光電子學(xué)和微納光子學(xué)方面的研究,包括光電探測(cè)、材料光學(xué)特性、光學(xué)微結(jié)構(gòu)與激光光譜等。在Optics Letters, Optics Express, Journal of Applied Physics等SCI雜志上發(fā)表12篇第一或通訊作者論文,合作發(fā)表論文20余篇。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)青年基金、廣東省教育廳項(xiàng)目、多項(xiàng)GF重大項(xiàng)目和中國(guó)科學(xué)院橫向協(xié)作項(xiàng)目,參與廣東省重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、深圳市重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。
