He received Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2001 and Doctor's degree from the University of Florida (USA) in 2010. His main research interests includes low-power, high-efficiency radio frequency IC design and CMOS based optoelectronic signal processing systems. As a project leader, he has led research funding from multiple projects, including the National Science Foundation of China, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Shenzhen Science Foundation. He has published more than 50 papers in well-known academic conferences and journals in the field of integrated circuit design.
2001年于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位,2010年于佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)(美國(guó))獲得博士學(xué)位。研究方向主要為基于CMOS技術(shù)的低功耗,高效、高集成度的射頻與信息處理,光電信號(hào)處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。作為項(xiàng)目主持人曾獲得包含國(guó)家科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、廣東省科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、深圳市科學(xué)基金等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的科研資助,在集成電路領(lǐng)域知名學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議和高水平期刊發(fā)表論文50余篇。
