深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)工程系 預(yù)聘副教授



She received her PhD degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2023. From 2023 to 2024, she conducted postdoctoral research at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, focusing on modeling methods for irregular sampled time series data. From 2019 to 2021, she visited and interned at the Life Singularity Medical Artificial Intelligence Joint Laboratory, engaged in research on Chinese electronic medical record recognition methods based on natural language processing technology. From 2021 to 2023, she visited and interned at the Pengcheng National Laboratory, engaged in research on clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment methods based on semantic analysis of electronic medical records. Her research areas mainly focus on medical informatics, natural language processing, bioinformatics, etc. As the first author, she has published several academic papers in top-tier journals.

2023年獲得哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2023年至2024年在香港科技大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與工程系開(kāi)展博士后研究工作,主要研究不規(guī)則時(shí)序診療數(shù)據(jù)建模方法。2019-2021在生命奇點(diǎn)醫(yī)療人工智能聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪(fǎng)問(wèn)實(shí)習(xí),從事基于自然語(yǔ)言處理技術(shù)的中文電子病歷識(shí)別方法研究。2021-2023在鵬城國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪(fǎng)問(wèn)實(shí)習(xí),從事基于電子病歷語(yǔ)義分析的臨床輔助診療方法研究。她的研究方向主要醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)、自然語(yǔ)言處理、生物信息學(xué)等,以第一作者在國(guó)際知名刊物上發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。
