葛治中 教授

新加坡工程院院士，IEEE終身會(huì)士,南洋理工大學(xué)（NTU）電子與電氣工程學(xué)院榮休教授，深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)首席科學(xué)家。

葛教授長(zhǎng)期從事信號(hào)處理、人工智能與多媒體安全領(lǐng)域的研究，曾創(chuàng)立南洋理工大學(xué)博云搜索實(shí)驗(yàn)室（ROSE Lab），獲得了超過(guò)2500萬(wàn)新加坡元的研究經(jīng)費(fèi)，并在國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊和會(huì)議上發(fā)表了大量論文。他的研究在通信信號(hào)處理、數(shù)字圖像取證、人臉?lè)雌墼p檢測(cè)和人員重識(shí)別等領(lǐng)域做出了國(guó)際公認(rèn)的貢獻(xiàn)，其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)已成功落地應(yīng)用。

在2025年加入深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)之前，葛教授在南洋理工大學(xué)擔(dān)任過(guò)多個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)，包括系主任、電氣與電子工程學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)、工學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)以及南洋理工大學(xué)-北京大學(xué)聯(lián)合研究院院長(zhǎng)。葛教授被評(píng)為南洋理工大學(xué)電氣與電子工程系1996年度最佳教師。他曾擔(dān)任IEEE信號(hào)處理學(xué)會(huì)和電路與系統(tǒng)學(xué)會(huì)的杰出講者，并在眾多國(guó)際會(huì)議上發(fā)表主題演講。曾獲微軟亞洲研究院資助獎(jiǎng), 以及多項(xiàng)會(huì)議和研討會(huì)的最佳論文獎(jiǎng)。

葛教授在IEEE信號(hào)處理學(xué)會(huì)有積極貢獻(xiàn)，曾擔(dān)任2004年IEEE ICIP大會(huì)聯(lián)合主席和2013年IEEE信號(hào)處理學(xué)會(huì)副主席。他還致力于促進(jìn)國(guó)際合作和學(xué)術(shù)交流，曾在中山大學(xué)和韓國(guó)首爾延世大學(xué)擔(dān)任兼職教授，在北京大學(xué)和東京工業(yè)大學(xué)擔(dān)任訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。

Professor Alex Kot Chichung

Fellow of the Academy of Engineering Singapore, IEEE Life Fellow, Emeritus Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and Chief Scientist at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU).

Professor Kot has long been engaged in research on signal processing, artificial intelligence, and multimedia security. He founded the Rapid-Rich Object Search (ROSE) Lab at NTU, secured more than SGD 25 million in research funding, and has published extensively in leading international journals and conferences. His research has made internationally recognized contributions in areas including signal processing for communication, digital image forensics, face anti-spoofing detection, and person re-identification, with key technologies successfully deployed in various applications.

Before joining SMBU in 2025, Professor Kot held multiple leadership appointments at NTU, including Head of Division, Vice-Dean of EEE, Associate Dean of the College of Engineering, and Director of the NTU-PKU Joint Research Institute. He was named Best Teacher of the Year in EEE, NTU, in 1996. He has served as an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer for both the Signal Processing Society and the Circuits & Systems Society, and has delivered keynote addresses at numerous international conferences. His international honors include the Microsoft Research Asia Grant Award and several Best Paper Awards at conferences and workshops.

Within the IEEE Signal Processing Society, he has actively contributed as General Co-Chair of IEEE ICIP 2004 and Vice-President of the Society in 2013. He has also promoted international collaboration and academic exchange, serving as an adjunct professor at Sun-Yat-Sen University and Yonsei University, and as a visiting professor at Peking University and the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
