一、招聘崗位
（一）博士后
1. 崗位職責(zé)
從事面向智能感知柔性材料與器件、微流控芯片、光功能材料與器件等相關(guān)研究，發(fā)展新型智能化、微型化器件，探究器件工作和失效機(jī)制，并致力于相關(guān)成果的產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用。
2. 應(yīng)聘條件
1）具有或即將獲得材料科學(xué)與工程、物理學(xué)、化學(xué)、機(jī)械等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的博士學(xué)位；
2）需在近3年內(nèi)取得博士學(xué)位，年齡一般不超過(guò)35歲；
3）優(yōu)先考慮在電流變材料、人工肌肉材料、微流控、光致/應(yīng)力發(fā)光材料及其器件研究方面有研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者；

3. 工作待遇和發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)
1）博士后聘用期兩年，年薪30萬(wàn)元起。學(xué)校按深圳市有關(guān)規(guī)定繳納五險(xiǎn)一金，節(jié)假日福利參照學(xué)校教職工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放?？缮暾?qǐng)校外人才房；

（二）研究助理
1. 崗位職責(zé)
協(xié)助研究團(tuán)隊(duì)的科研工作，包括材料合成、樣品分析、數(shù)據(jù)處理；協(xié)助課題組成員處理行政事務(wù)及申報(bào)項(xiàng)目、發(fā)表成果等工作。
2. 應(yīng)聘條件
1）應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，已獲得或即將獲得材料科學(xué)與工程、物理、化學(xué)、機(jī)械等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)士及其以上學(xué)位；
2）有良好的材料、物理、化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)，或具備較強(qiáng)的建模和第一性原理計(jì)算能力（如 Comsol、CASTEP等）；
3. 崗位待遇
1) 聘期6個(gè)月-2年，年薪4.8-12萬(wàn)（稅前），學(xué)校按規(guī)定繳納“五險(xiǎn)一金”；享受教職工相關(guān)福利待遇。

主要研究“以柔制剛”的軟物質(zhì)材料與技術(shù)，在Nano-Micro Letters、Small、Engineering等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文70余篇，引用3000余次；編著“十三五”國(guó)家重點(diǎn)出版物《軟物質(zhì)的功能智能特性及其應(yīng)用》，研究成果獲得10余項(xiàng)專(zhuān)利授權(quán)，20余次受邀在國(guó)內(nèi)外會(huì)議上做報(bào)告。

We are seeking for qualified postdoctoral researchers and research assistants to join our team and work with cutting edge technologies in the fields of intelligent sensing flexible materials and devices, microfluidic chips, optical functional materials and devices.
1. Postdoctoral fellow
Job responsibilities
Oriented for new display applications, engaging in research on intelligent sensing flexible materials and devices, microfluidic chips, optical functional materials and devices, developing new intelligent and miniaturized devices, exploring device working and failure mechanisms, and devoting to the industrial application of related achievements.
Qualifications
1) Hold or is about to obtain Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc.
2) Generally, the Ph.D. degree should be obtained within 3 years and the applicant should be under the age of 35;
3) Research experiences in electrorheological materials and devices, artificial muscle materials, microfluidics, flexible pressure sensors, optical/mechano-luminescent materials are preferred;
4) Have good communication skills in professional English; be enthusiastic about scientific research and with diligence, conscientiousness and responsibility; be able to carry out scientific research work independently, and meanwhile have teamwork spirit.
Remuneration and development opportunities
1) Post-doctoral employment term is full time, fixed term for two years, with a base salary of 300,000 yuan per year. The university will pay the so-called five insurances and one housing fund in accordance with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen City, and the holiday benefits are paid in accordance with the university's teaching and research staff standards. Besides, off-campus talent housing support may be applied for.

2. Research assistant
Job responsibilities
Assist the research team in the scientific research work, including material synthesis, sample analysis, data processing; assist the research team members in handling administrative affairs, drafting project applications, manuscripts and other forms of data presentation for scientific communication, etc.
Selection criteria
1)Have obtained a master's or bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc. in 2022 or 2023;
2) Have a good foundation in material, physics, chemistry, or experience in modeling and first-principles computing skills (such as Comsol, CASTEP, etc.).
Remuneration
1) The employment period is from 6 months to 2 years. The annual salary is between￥48,000-120,000 (before tax), depending on candidates' research experience, qualification and working hours. 4. Cooperation professor
Prof. Jinbo Wu joined Shenzhen MSU-BIT University as a full professor in the Department of Materials Science. He was awarded the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program, and he won the first prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress in 2021. He is a member of the professional group of electromagnetic rheology of Chinese Society of Mechanics. He has presided over National Natural Science Foundation project, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission project, Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Support Program, Enterprise horizontal projects, etc., and participated in several scientific research projects including National key research and development projects and National Natural Science Foundation key projects.
Prof. Jinbo Wu focuses on the research on soft materials and technology of "Making the Hard Materials from Soft Matter". He has published more than 70 papers in well-known SCI journals such as Nano-Micro Letters, Small, Engineering, etc., with more than 3000 citations. He has compiled the national key publication "Functional Intelligence Properties of soft Matter and its application" during "13th Five-Year Plan". More than 10 patents have been authorized for his research, and he has been invited to make presentations at domestic and foreign conferences more than 20 times.
