主講人介紹：廖杰，上海財經(jīng)大學數(shù)學學院教授、博士生導師，主要研究方向為偏微分方程。他曾在國內(nèi)外多所知名大學進行學術交流，并主持國家自然科學基金面上項目等，在J Differential Equations、Mathematical Models and Methods in Applied Sciences等雜志上發(fā)表多篇SCI學術論文。

內(nèi)容介紹：Social crowds refer to human crowds with social behaviors driven by the psychological states of pedestrians. The dynamics of social crowds can be modeled mathematically in different scales, in which the evolving psychological states are modeled by introducing one or several activity variables into the modeling framework. The dynamics of the activity variables can interact with the mechanical variables thus affecting the interaction rules and the collective behaviors of the social crowds. This talk reviews some recent studies on the related mathematical models.
